IEA is among the first Approved Course Providers (ACP) appointed by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) to conduct the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses.
Our CPD courses cater to the busy schedule of registered salespersons who seek to upgrade their knowledge and expertise in marketing and dealing of properties. Our courses are mostly conducted on weekdays:

Mostly SGD35.00 per course. Eligible to claim UTAP (by NTUC).
We adhere strictly to the CPD framework designed by CEA. CPD courses are grouped into two main categories based on the key

Every IEA Trainer is ACTA- or ACLP-certified, trained in learner-centric techniques to help the participants absorb the imparted knowledge and be ready to apply in the course of their work.

In line with requirements by CEA, attendees are required to turn on their videos throughout the class, showing their full faces in real-time with their full names as per NRIC displayed. Attendees who fail to do so will not be awarded with CPD points.
Most of our CPD trainers are practitioners, hence their CPD courses are conducted mostly once a month. Plus due to the wide range of CPD courses we offer, we face difficulty scheduling the courses from time to time.

Really glad I listened to my friends' recommendation to attend Chris's course on ABSD. It opened my eyes to how to explain, handle ABSD, and a lot more other nitty gritty details which I didn't realize beforehand.
I finally found the right trainer in Sam who can explain financial investment concepts in easy-to-understand manner. Going to set aside time to attend all his courses, as it's really useful to absorb and apply what he taught in discussing financial matters with clients.
