Property agents keen to build up their expertise in a specific field can now look forward to IEA’s Certificate CPD Courses approved by CEA. Upon completion of the course, trainees will be awarded 4 Professional Credits for those who attend and pass the assessment test with a score of at least 80%.
The CCMFP is especially beneficial to property agents who focus on marketing foreign properties. They will be able to understand the different regulatory rules of respective countries in the Asia Pacific region and beyond, to interpret the required code and ethics in estate agency work and practices, plus demonstrate their knowledge and apply the necessary skills accordingly. Each course comprises five 3-hour modules and there will be an assessment component to reinforce understanding and knowledge retention.
