This topic covers knowledge and application skills in promoting the service Innovation culture in the organization. It involves leading a team to generate service innovation ideas, facilitating its implementation and evaluating the success of service innovation ideas.

At the end of the workshop, that learners should be able to:

  • On the actual day of the course, you are required to log-in 15 minutes before the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you need to log in by 2.25pm).
  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
