Course Brief
The world of work is changing and some jobs are changing faster than others in our ever disruptive environment. Many of today’s global problems are just too complex to be solved by one specialized discipline. This multi-faceted problems require transdisciplinary solutions.
According to both ACT and Joyce foundation, the top 5 work skills that will help individual and professional embrace and perform well in their work are: People skills, Resilience, Applied knowledge, virtual collaboration and workplace skills.
This is a fun and dynamic workshop that will create awareness on the set of transdisciplinary skills, I understand the importance and set goals to develop it. Inside the box and out of the box thinking.

Learning Outcome
And the end of the workshop, learner should be able to:
1.  Know what is VUCA and how will it impact a job environment?
2.  Understand the 6 drivers of change in the world.
3.  Appreciate the importance to develop the specific transdisciplinary skills for example, most PMETs meet to develop the T-professional skills.
4.  Develop skills to think inside and outside in both personal and career levels
