Course Brief:

To provide fundamental knowledge on the land interest that other parties possess over the owner’s property, be it a landed house or HDBflat.

Well the perspective of the course is from the possessory and non-possessory interest (the what), the learners will also gain knowledge on other parties (the who) who possess those interests and how these land rights will affect Real Estate Value. This course impart fundamental concepts that is relevant estate agency work and property transactions.

Learning Outcome:

At the end of the session, attendees will attend the following knowledge :

  1. Who is the property owner?
  2. What rights does the property owner possess?
  3. Who else may have interest in the land?
  4. What interest in these other parties possess over land?
  5. How does the situation affect investment value?
