Course Brief:
Global Crisis Occurs periodically. It affects the financial markets and property markets adversely. Many clients are lost and fearful during such times and have no idea what to do with their property decision. Many will rely on their trusted RES for advice. Thus, RES must be equipped with the skillsets to help clients make devise a sound strategy to navigate the uncertain waters.  RES are facilitating sales and purchases, how can they continue to maintain the sales volume during such unusual times and stay in business?

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:
1.  Recognize the various kind of crisis
2.  Categorize the various concerns of the client
3.  Compare the various effects during different historical crisis

  • On the actual day of the course, you are required to log-in 15 minutes before the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you need to log in by 2.25pm).
  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
  • Marking Attendance: Upon logging in to Zoom, you are required to log in your Attendance by scanning the QR code using your mobile phone via Propsage App (click here  for the instruction).
