Course Brief:
This course will focus to equip learners with the necessary knowledge and skills through an in-depth understanding to identify, manage and communicate positive outcomes to a win-win situation.  This course will enable participants to evaluate self-awareness more holistically and apply learning to build better relationship and trust with customers.
