Course Brief

The art of effective negotiation and closing is vital to any successful salesperson. This course aims to help you understand buyers behaviour, promote professionalism and right ethics in negotiating and closing transactions. You will be introducted to effective negotiations and closing techniques to help you succeed in your real estate career.

Learning Outcome

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  1. Learn about buyer’s behaviour and how to engage them
  2. Know and exercise code of ethics and professional client care while negotiating and closing a transaction
  3. Dispute Resolution with regards to commission & co-broke fees.
  4. Learn applicable and effective negotiation and closing skills.

  • On the actual day of the course, you are required to log-in 15 minutes before the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you need to log in by 2.25pm).
  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
