Course Brief

The art of effective negotiation and closing is vital to any successful salesperson. This course aims to help you understand buyers behaviour, promote professionalism and right ethics in negotiating and closing transactions. You will be introducted to effective negotiations and closing techniques to help you succeed in your real estate career.

Learning Outcome

At the end of the sesionm, attendees will be able to:

  1. Learn about buyer’s behaviour and how to engage them
  2. Know and exercise code of ethics and professional client care while negotiating and closing a transaction
  3. Dispute Resolution with regards to commission & co-broke fees.
  4. Learn applicable and effective negotiation and closing skills.

  • Registration & Payment must be submitted via IEA’s online course page before course date.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable.  $5.00 Admin Fee will be imposed for refund request.
  • IEA reserves the right to make appropriate changes when necessary & every effort will be made to inform participants.
  • No Reservation through phone or email or fax.
  • Email notification will be sent 2 working days upon online registration.
  • A reminder email from Zoom will be sent 1 day before the actual course date with log in instructions included.
  • On the actual day of the course, you are required to log-in 15 minutes before the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you need to log in by 2.25pm).
  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
  • Marking Attendance: Upon logging in to Zoom, you are required to log in your Attendance by scanning the QR code using your mobile phone via Propsage App. (Click here for the instruction).
