Course Brief:

To equip real estate agents in salespersons with knowledge in relation to pricing, in accordance with the rules in the code of Ethics and Professional Client Care ( CEPCC ) that pertains to the client’s best interest.

Learning Outcome:

  1. And the end of the session, attendees will be able t:
  2. Explain to clients the difference between open market valuation (OMV) and price
  3. Ascertain that the correct sales price through a thorough and transparent process.
  4. Use a market report to record current demand site information.
  5. Write up pricing report based on the current demand site information, over and above the indicated OMV
  6. Present the aforesaid report to the clients in an efficient and competent manner.
  7. Assist client in the subsequent price review and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
