Course Brief:
To equip salespersons with the ability to do detail financial calculations for their resale private property customers.

Learning Outcomes:
– Learn the policies & regulations that may affect the buying & selling
– Through case studies on Resale Residential Property Sellers:
(a) calculate sale proceeds to determine seller’s liability & calculate seller’s stamp duty
(b) learn what is Negative Sale & how it may affect the transaction
–  Through case studies on Resale Residential Property Buyers:
(a) determine maximum loan quantum, loan tenure & monthly instalment
(b) determine buyer’s liability, calculate buyer’s Stamp Duty & Additional Buyer Stamp Duty
(c) calculate affordable loan by knowing the TDSR framework
–  Analyse customer’s financial situation & provide practice advice

  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
