Course Brief:

Salespersons who undertake estate agency work in the respect of HDB resale flats must be fully conversant and comply with the laws, regulations, rules and procedures that apply to transactions involving such Flats, pursuant of the Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care. This session updates with current hdb resale policies and procedures, to ensure that they are fully knowledgeable of the said policies and procedures, in order for them to effectively carry out estate agency work in the sales and purchase of HDB resale flats.

Learning Outcome:

At the end of the sessions, participants will have a good knowledge of the housing policy and procedures relating to the sales and purchase of HDB resale flats in the following areas:

  1. Buyers eligibility.
  2. Estimate integration policy and SRP quota.
  3. CPF housing Grant.
  4. Sellers eligibility to sell.
  5. Calculation of Resale Navy.
  6. Resale procedures for sellers and buyers.
  7. HDB Resale Portal.
  8. Prescribed HDB option to purchase.

  • A reminder email from Zoom will be sent 1 day before the actual course date with log in instructions included.
  • On the actual day of the course, you are required to log-in 15 minutes before the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you need to log in by 2.25pm).
  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
