Course Brief:
This session updates participants with HDB resale policy changes, to ensure that they are fully knowledgeable for the changes in order for them to effectively carry out estate agency work in the sale & purchase of resale flats.

Learning Outcome:
At the end of the session, participants will have a good knowledge & understanding of:
–  Being conversant & comply with the rules & regulations that apply to HDB flat transaction, pursuant to Clause 4 of the Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care
–  HDB Resale Policy changes and how the changes affect the selling & buying of resale flats
–  HDB Resale Policy changes and how the changes affect the loans & financing of resale flats
–  HDB Resale Policy changes and how the changes affect the overall transaction procedures of resale flats
–  Relevant case studies
