Course Brief:
The session emphasizes the importance of exercising due diligence & proper care at every stage of the salesperson’s tasks in accordance with the Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care (CEPCC), beginning with the ‘Start Game Negotiation’ where the salespersons qualify client’s ability, motivation & timeline from the outset. It will also stress that, during the ‘Mid-Game Negotiation’, the salespersons should review the marketing efforts & adjust price, terms & aspirations of their clients before seeking to close the negotiation with the final selling price at the ‘End Game’.

Learning Outcome:
At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the skills during the pre-closing process
  • Demonstrate the skills when facilitating the closing documentation in a deal
  • Demonstrate the skills when negotiating with clients or co-broking salespersons
  • Project a confident & professional image at all times when negotiating & closing

  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
