Course Brief:

To conducts viewing of a property in accordance with companies established organizational procedures.

Learn the relevant facts concerning the property to be viewed and to avoid errors and giving wrong information to clients.

Learning Outcome:

At the end of the session, learners will be able to

  1. Present themselves in  a clean and neat manner with an acceptable standard for presentation.
  2. Show the property in a structured manner and will be able to incorporate salient features of a property in presenting.
  3. Effective selling technique employed, and sharing presentation and communication skills are in a logical clear and Progressive manner.

  • Email notification will be sent 2 working days upon online registration.
  • A reminder email from Zoom will be sent 1 day before the actual course date with log in instructions included.
  • On the actual day of the course, you are required to log-in 15 minutes before the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you need to log in by 2.25pm).
  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
  • Marking Attendance: Upon logging in to Zoom, you are required to log in your Attendance by scanning the QR code using your mobile phone via Propsage App. (Click here  for the instruction).
