Course Brief:
An overview of AIDA Model of Real Estate Advertising.
An in-depth understanding & learning of what AIDA stands for and how this model can help you to create a word picture.  How to put the buying process into the advertisement.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the session, the learners will be able to identify the communication stages of AIDA Model Advertising for Real Estate.  Able to use the AIDA Model to create a word picture & place the buying process into the advertisement.

  • A reminder email from Zoom will be sent 1 day before the actual course date with log in instructions included.
  • On the actual day of the course, you are required to log-in 15 minutes before the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you need to log in by 2.25pm).
  • Attendance will be denied if log-in after the actual lesson time. (e.g. lesson scheduled at 2.30pm, you will not be able to log in at 2.31pm).
  • Marking Attendance: Upon logging in to Zoom, you are required to log in your Attendance by scanning the QR code using your mobile phone via Propsage App. (click here  for the instruction)
